Physique tracking, honestly

See what changed, week after week.

Scan your physique from a photo. Get an honest estimate of your body fat and muscle balance, a plan built on your weak points, and a curve that finally shows whether it is working.

  • First scan free, shown in full
  • No ads — food log, recipes and workouts work offline
  • Estimates — never dressed up as measurements
Home screen: a green block reads “+3 points since your Sep 9 scan”, with the score curve, the coach’s line “Solid base, with clear room to grow” and the score of 63 out of 100 as a caption.

How it works

Three steps, thirty seconds.

The whole point is doing it again next week. Anything that takes longer than a coffee gets abandoned by day four.

Take one photo

Front, back, side — the app tells you what it needs and guides the framing. Thirty seconds, in your bathroom.

Get an honest read

An estimated body fat range and a score per muscle group. What it could not see is marked as not assessed, never guessed.

Follow the curve

Scan again each week. The curve and the before/after slider are what actually tell you if your training is working.

The trend

One measurement tells you almost nothing.

Weight lies, mirrors lie, and a single number on a single day lies most of all. Six weeks of the same measurement, taken the same way, is the only thing that answers the question you actually have: is this working?

  • A curve of your overall score, week by week
  • Your weight smoothed over seven days, never a single morning’s reading
  • A before/after slider you can drag
  • Per-group history, so you can see which weak point moved
Progress screen: +6 score points and −2.2 points of body fat since the start, then the score curve across three scans, with its best, its average and its change.
The same gesture

It works on your plate too.

Photograph your meal: the app recognises what is in it, and estimates the amounts and the calories. And when it is unsure — a sauce at a bad angle, a mixed dish — it SAYS so instead of inventing a round number.

  • Recognised foods listed one by one, with their amounts
  • A confidence level, so you know when to adjust
  • A clear refusal when the photo cannot be judged
  • Barcode and manual entry when that is quicker
Plate scan: “Chicken, rice and broccoli”, an estimated 596 kcal, the three macronutrients, then the dish score — 10 out of 10 — followed by the findings behind it and a reminder that the estimate covers this plate alone.
The plan

It knows which muscle you keep skipping.

Your training plan starts from what you want to work on and the equipment you have — then, from your first scan, from the groups that actually scored lowest, and only those the scan could genuinely assess. Calories and macros are computed on your device, so your target is the same tomorrow as it is today.

  • Sessions built from your priorities and your weakest groups
  • Calorie and protein targets from your lean mass
  • A prescription that follows your progress, week after week
Training tab: today’s session, “Workout A”, built on the latest scan with abs and back as priorities — about 33 minutes, 21 sets, 7 exercises — with thumbnails of its movements and a reminder of the loads lifted last time.
Why it’s different

Most physique apps hand you a confident number.

A confident number is easy to build and impossible to trust. This one tells you what it could see, what it could not, and how sure it is.

It can refuse

Bad light, a hoodie, a cropped frame — the analysis says no and tells you why, instead of inventing a confident number.

Ranges, not fake decimals

A photo cannot know your body fat to one decimal place. You get 15–17 %, because that is what is honest.

Not assessed ≠ zero

A muscle group the camera did not see is left blank. Scoring it zero would quietly wreck your overall score.

The score is recomputed

Your overall score is calculated by the app on the groups actually assessed, so a change of framing never fakes progress.

Targets that do not drift

Calories and training are computed on your device, deterministically. A target that moves on its own destroys trust.

What leaves, and what stays

Your photos stay on your phone and are never synced. When you scan, a downsized copy is sent to Anthropic’s analysis model (United States) for the length of the estimate — never kept, never used to train a model. Your weight never leaves the device, and one tap erases everything for real.

Getting started

The first scan is free, and shown in full.

No blurred score, no fake countdown, no credit card: a free account is all it takes. A subscription exists and stays optional: its price is shown by your app store before you confirm anything, like every other subscription.

  • Your full scan, revealed with nothing hidden
  • Your calorie target and macros
  • Manual logging, recipes, exercises, and one complete workout

Questions

How accurate is it really?

Camaleo estimates from a photo, and says so everywhere. It is built to track your TREND reliably, not to replace a DEXA scan. Same pose, same light, same time of day is what makes the curve meaningful — and the curve is the part that actually helps you.

What do I get for free?

Your first full scan, revealed in full — nothing blurred, no fake countdown. Your calorie and macro target. Manual food logging, the recipe and exercise libraries, and one complete workout. Camaleo Pro unlocks further scans, the full history and curves, the before/after comparison, the complete training plan and the meal planning tools.

Do I need an account?

For photo analysis, yes: a free account, no credit card. Body scans and meal scans go through our server, and your free scan is tied to it. Everything else works without an account — food log, weight, recipes, workouts. An account also adds sync across your devices.

Where do my photos go?

They stay on your phone, and are never synced, even with an account. When you run an analysis, a downsized copy is sent to Anthropic’s analysis model (United States) for the time it takes to produce the estimate: we keep no copy, and it is never used to train a model. You can erase everything at any time.

Is there a community?

Yes, around food: a recipe feed where everyone publishes their own, likes and comments, for free. And that is the only one. Your body is only ever compared with yourself: no leaderboard, no challenges between users, and what you share outside the app is progress, never a score.

How do I cancel?

From your Apple or Google account settings, at any time — the same place you manage every other subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is this a medical device?

No. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to a professional.
