Ingredients
- 200 gTempeh
- 120 gBrown rice
- 100 gCarrots
- 100 gBean sprouts
- 100 gCucumber
- 20 mlSoy sauce
- 10 mlSesame oil
- 10 gFresh ginger
Method
- Cook the brown rice for 30 minutes and drain.
- Slice the tempeh thinly and marinate for 10 minutes in the soy sauce and grated ginger.
- Brown it in the sesame oil for 3 minutes per side, pouring in the marinade at the end.
- Arrange the rice, grated carrot, bean sprouts, cucumber sticks and tempeh in two bowls.
