Ingredients
- 150 gWhite rice
- 100 gCanned tuna
- 30 gFat-free fromage frais
- 10 mlSoy sauce
- 10 gSesame seeds
Method
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear and cook it with 1.2 times its volume of water, covered, for 12 minutes, then rest for 10.
- Mix the drained tuna with the fromage frais and soy sauce.
- With hands wet with salted water, take a ball of warm rice, press a hollow, add a spoonful of tuna and close into a triangle.
- Roll the edges in the sesame seeds. Make 4 onigiri.
