Ingredients
- 300 gPotatoes
- 150 gGreen beans
- 3 pieceEggs
- 100 gBean sprouts
- 150 gCucumber
- 40 gPeanut butter
- 1 pieceLimes
- 15 mlSoy sauce
Method
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes, adding the green beans for the last 6 minutes and the eggs for the last 9.
- Dip the bean sprouts into the same water for 30 seconds, then cool everything.
- Thin the peanut butter with the soy sauce, lime juice and hot water until it coats a spoon.
- Arrange the potatoes, beans, sprouts, cucumber and halved eggs, and spoon over the sauce.
