Grilled turkey, spinach and strawberry salad

Ingredients
- 300 gTurkey breast steaks
- 150 gSpinach
- 200 gStrawberries
- 50 gSoft goat cheese
- 15 mlCider vinegar
- 15 mlOlive oil
Method
- Grill the turkey steaks in an oiled pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side, then slice.
- Cut the strawberries into quarters.
- Whisk the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Toss the baby spinach and strawberries with the dressing, add the turkey and crumble over the goat cheese.
