Ingredients
- 150 gKale
- 1 pieceApples
- 240 gChickpeas (canned)
- 20 gPumpkin seeds
- 1 pieceLemons
- 15 mlOlive oil
Method
- Strip the kale stems and finely shred the leaves.
- Massage them with your hands for 2 minutes with the lemon juice, oil and a pinch of salt, until they darken and soften.
- Add the rinsed chickpeas and the thinly sliced apple.
- Scatter with toasted pumpkin seeds.
