Method
- Heat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the apples and pears into cubes and put them in a dish with the cinnamon.
- Rub the oats, chopped almonds, diced butter and honey together with your fingertips until clumpy.
- Scatter over the fruit without pressing down.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until golden on top and bubbling at the edges.
