Homemade granola with soy yogurt and berries

Ingredients
- 160 gOats
- 40 gHazelnuts
- 30 gPumpkin seeds
- 40 gMaple syrup
- 15 mlNeutral oil
- 600 gPlain soy yogurt
- 300 gBerries
Method
- Heat the oven to 160 °C. Mix the oats, chopped hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and oil.
- Spread on a tray and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden.
- Let it cool completely: granola turns crunchy as it cools.
- Serve each portion over the soy yogurt with the berries.
