Roasted asparagus with herby fromage frais dip

Ingredients
- 400 gGreen asparagus
- 10 mlOlive oil
- 150 gFat-free fromage frais
- 5 gFresh parsley
- 5 gFresh basil
- 1 pieceLemons
Method
- Heat the oven to 220 °C. Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.
- Roll them in the oil with a pinch of salt and roast for 10 to 12 minutes, until the tips brown.
- Meanwhile, mix the fromage frais with the chopped herbs and the lemon zest and juice.
- Serve the hot asparagus with the dip.
