Ingredients
- 2 pieceBananas
- 20 gDark chocolate (70%)
- 15 gHazelnuts
- 150 gPlain soy yogurt
Method
- Heat the oven to 200 °C. Slit the unpeeled bananas lengthways, leaving the skin underneath intact.
- Tuck the chocolate squares into the slit.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the skin blackens and the chocolate melts.
- Serve with the soy yogurt and chopped hazelnuts.
