Ingredients
- 100 gBuckwheat flour
- 1 pieceEggs
- 250 mlMilk
- 2 pieceApples
- 20 gMaple syrup
- 5 mlNeutral oil
Method
- Whisk the flour, egg and milk to a smooth batter, then leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut the apples into thin wedges and brown them for 6 minutes in half the oil with the maple syrup.
- Lightly oil a hot pan, pour in a small ladle of batter and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Fill each crêpe with apples and fold into quarters.
