Baked eggs with spinach

Ingredients
- 4 pieceEggs
- 200 gSpinach
- 40 mlLight cream (15%)
- 60 gWholemeal bread
Method
- Heat the oven to 190 °C. Wilt the spinach in a pan for 2 minutes and squeeze out the water.
- Divide the spinach between two ramekins, crack two eggs into each and pour the cream around them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the whites are just set.
- Serve with the toasted wholemeal bread cut into soldiers.
