White fish with celeriac mash

- 350 gWhite fish
- 600 gCeleriac
- 100 mlMilk
- 15 gButter
- 10 gFresh parsley
- 1 pieceLemons
Method
- Peel the celeriac, cut into cubes and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
- Drain and mash with the hot milk and half the butter. Season.
- Cook the fish in a pan with the remaining butter for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Serve the fish on the mash with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of parsley.
