- 40 gDark chocolate (70%)
- 60 mlMilk
- 1 gGround cinnamon
Method
- Peel the pears, keeping the stalks, and slice a thin piece off the base so they stand upright.
- Poach them for 20 minutes in a pan of simmering water with the cinnamon.
- Heat the milk, take off the heat and melt the chocolate in it, stirring until smooth.
- Serve the warm pears coated in the sauce.
