Sweet and sour pork with pineapple

Ingredients
- 300 gPork loin
- 200 gPineapple
- 1 pieceBell peppers
- 100 gOnions
- 25 mlSoy sauce
- 15 mlCider vinegar
- 140 gWhite rice
- 10 mlNeutral oil
Method
- Cook the rice. Cut the pork into thin strips.
- Sear the pork in very hot oil for 4 minutes and set aside.
- Stir-fry the sliced onion and pepper for 3 minutes, then the pineapple cubes for 2 minutes.
- Return the pork, add the soy sauce and vinegar, reduce for 1 minute and serve on the rice.
